IMPORTANT: Church Access 12/8

We will have Mass on Sunday, Dec. 8 @ 9:30am.

However, there is no handicap access at the present time.

Furthermore, while the streets are well-cleared, there is almost nowhere to park. There are several spots at the Polish Falcons and maybe 3 spots at the church. Street parking is very difficult because of the snow. Only some of the sidewalks in the neighborhood are clear. If you can find a parking spot, you will have to walk down the middle of the street to reach the church. Underneath the snow is a thick sheet of ice.

I strongly advise anyone who lives outside of Erie to attend Mass at a parish closer to home. I urge the elderly or those with mobility difficulties to attend a church with better parking and safer access.

If you are going to try to come to St. Hedwig’s be sure to wear winter boots with a good tread!
